Where are you based? Can we meet in person?
I feel incredibly fortunate to live and work in Twisp, WA, nestled in the heart of the North Cascade mountains. If you’re local, we’ll do our best to meet in person. Otherwise, we’ll leverage the gifts of modern technology to connect, collaborate, and keep in touch.

What should I bring to the initial consultation?
Once you book a consultation, I’ll be in touch within 2 business days with any relevant questionnaires or intake forms to help you prepare for our meeting. This ensures we make the most of our time together and sets a clear direction for your project.

I have no idea what I want my logo to be—can you help?
Absolutely! Whether you come to us with a specific vision or no idea at all, we’re here to help. We’ll work together to explore your business values, audience, and goals, then develop a design concept that truly reflects your brand.

What do each of your services cost?
It depends! A project’s total cost is dependent on the particulars and details, which vary business to business. Please keep in mind that we can create bespoke packages and services, but to give you a general idea, custom illustrations start at $500, a standard logo design package is $1800, and ongoing social media management starts at $600/mo. My business is new and we have a limited budget. Can you work with that?
As a fellow small business owner, I understand first-hand the reality of small budgets! I’m happy to offer flexible options, including lower-priced services like our DIY Brand Starter Kit or Logo/Branding Consultation. I’m also happy to discuss payment plans, or scale the project scope to fit your budget.

How long does the design process take?
Each project varies based on complexity and your specific needs. For custom logo designs, we typically budget 4+ weeks, and our ability to hold that timeline depends on feedback, revisions, and the evolution of the process. Website design turnaround time starts at 6 weeks, while Content Creation takes 2+weeks. We’ll provide a more detailed timeline during our initial consultation.

What’s expected of me during the project? When can I expect to hear from you?
My goal will be to submit artwork, revisions, drafts, etc to you (the client) by EOD Friday. I will then like to hear back from you with feedback, change requests, etc by EOD Monday. This gives you the chance to think things over during the weekend, share with your team or trusted circle, and get back to me. I’ve found this rhythm helps us stay on schedule most effectively.

Will I own the rights to my logo?
Yes! Once the project is complete, you’ll have full ownership of your logo to use as you wish. A the designer, I do retain the right to showcase the work in my portfolio and marketing materials, but I will always ask for permission before repurposing artwork for other uses.

I already have a logo. Can you redesign it?
Of course! If your current logo no longer reflects your brand, we can give it a refresh, maintaining the general integrity or concept, or we can redesign it from the ground up. In either case, we’ll follow the same thoughtful process as a new design, simply using your existing logo as a foundation.

I’m not seeing exactly what I’m looking for. Do you offer custom design packages?
Yes, many of our services can be tailored to fit your unique needs. Whether you need design help for an oddball project, or a service slightly different from our preset offerings, we can create a custom package that works for you. Get in touch using the inquiry form.
